By accessing or using MOOR.AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
MOOR.AI provides sovereign AI inference infrastructure, including but not limited to: API access to language models, embedding generation, model fine-tuning services, and related developer tools. Our services are designed to operate within Morocco's regulatory framework.
You agree not to use our services to: generate illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract model weights; exceed your API rate limits or quota without authorization; impersonate others or misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written; violate any applicable Moroccan or international laws.
API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined in your service plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns indicate abuse or excessive load on our infrastructure.
You retain ownership of your input data and any outputs generated through our services. MOOR.AI retains ownership of its models, infrastructure, documentation, and all proprietary technology. We do not use your data to train our models without explicit consent.
MOOR.AI provides services on an 'as-is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
