MOOR.AI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our sovereign AI infrastructure services.
We collect information you provide directly, including account credentials, API usage data, and communication preferences. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and usage patterns to improve our services.
All data is processed and stored within Morocco's borders on our sovereign infrastructure. We do not transfer personal data outside of Morocco unless explicitly required and consented to. Our infrastructure is designed to comply with Morocco's CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel) regulations.
While primarily governed by Moroccan data protection law (Law 09-08), our practices align with GDPR standards. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.
We implement industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3), AES-256 encryption at rest, zero-trust network architecture, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
